Miami International Map Fair: Feb. 2-4
Spark a little worldly wanderlust at HistoryMiami’s annual Miami International Map Fair in Downtown. Check out antique maps, rare books and globes and spend some time dreaming about your next big trip. Tickets start at $15 per person.

Miami Antique, Design and Art Show: Feb. 2-4
Head to the Miami Airport Convention Center for the annual Miami Antique, Design & Art Show, featuring more than 100 exhibitors and antique art dealers offering antiques and vintage decorative arts. Tickets start at $15 per person.

GroundUP Music Festival: Feb. 9-11
Enjoy an outdoor concert at the North Beach Bandshell in Miami Beach. GroundUP Music Festivalperformers include Snarky Puppy, Béla Fleck and the Flecktones Trio, The Wood Brothers, Emily Estefan (daughter of Gloria & Emilio Estefan) and more. Tickets start at $85 per person for single day admission or $225 for all three days.

The Original Miami Beach Antique Show: Feb. 9-12
The Original Miami Beach Antique Show brings together nearly 1,000 antique dealers from all over the world to the Miami Fair Expo Center adjacent to the campus of Florida International University. Shop antique furniture and jewelry collections dating as far back as the 17th century. Tickets start at $20.

Carnaval Miami: Feb 10 – March 31
A series of vibrant events celebrating Latin culture and hosted by the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, Carnaval Miami includes Tap That Craft, Cork & Fork, Calle Ocho Festival, Carnaval on the Mile, Miss Carnaval Miami Pageant and more. Ticket prices vary.

Valentine’s Day: Feb. 14

Miami International Boat Show: Feb. 15-19
Held each year in February, Progressive Insurance’s Miami International Boat Show is back at Miami Marine Stadium Park & Basin on the Rickenbacker Causeway, leading out to Virginia Key and Key Biscayne. Hop on one of the free water taxis or shuttles for easy access to the show. Tickets start at $25.

Miami Yacht Show: Feb. 15-19
Also happening at the same time as the Miami International Boat Show, check out the latest yachts and marine technology at the Miami Yacht Show. This event takes place in Miami Beach along Indian Creek Waterway from 41st to 54th Street near the legendary Fontainebleau and Eden Roc hotels. Tickets start at $25 per person.

Art Wynwood: Feb. 15-19
Explore art from more than 70 international galleries at the new home of Art Miami and CONTEXT Art Miami (located at the former Miami Herald site) on Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami. Tickets to Art Wynwood start at $15.

Coconut Grove Arts Festival: Feb. 17-19
Check out the work of more than 300 international artists in the eclectic seaside village of Coconut Grove. The annual Coconut Grove Arts Festival is held each year on President’s Day Weekend and showcases live music, food by local chefs and, of course, lots of great art. Tickets start at $15 and there’s a $5 discount for residents.

Model Beach Volleyball Tournament: Feb. 17-18
Some of the biggest modeling agencies send their top talent to sizzling South Beach for a friendly, bracket-style beach volleyball competition. Teams made up of models compete against each other in a round-robin format, single elimination tournament. The Model Beach Volleyball Tournament is free and takes place on the beach between 7th and 8th streets.

Black Heritage Festival: Feb. 17
Miami-Dade County Commissioner Barbara J. Jordan, and co-sponsor, City of Miami Gardens Vice-Mayor Erhabor Ighodaro are hosting the fifth annual Black Heritage Festival to celebrate the diversity of African American culture on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from noon until 4 p.m. Admission is free.

Kite Day Festival: Feb. 17-18
The annual Kite Day Festival will showcase hundreds of kites over Miami Beach at Haulover Park from noon to 5 p.m. Sneakers and socks are recommended for running around on the grassy field. Started by Skyward Kites, the event is free and open to all ages. Parking is $7.

Gay8 Festival: Feb. 18
Back for its second edition, Gay8 Festival is a free, one-day event in Little Havana on Calle Ocho. Enjoy live music, street performances, and entertainment from the South Florida LGBT community. While general admission is free, VIP tickets are available for $100 per person.

SOBEWFF: Feb. 21-25
Back in Miami for its 17th edition, the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF) will dazzle your taste buds. Nosh on delicious eats crafted by celebrity chefs and attend glitzy late-night parties at this popular annual event. Ticket prices vary by event.

Virginia Key Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance: Feb. 21-25
Enjoy roots rock, reggae, funk, Latin and more at the Virginia Key Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance at the Historic Virginia Key Beach Park. Showcasing more than 50 bands, the festival will also feature dance, yoga and music workshops. Early bird tickets start at $45 per person.

South Miami Rotary Art Festival: Feb. 24-25
The annual South Miami Rotary Art Festival will take place in downtown South Miami along Sunset Drive. Listen to live music, hang out in the beer garden and view works by more than 150 artists. Admission is free.

Pinecrest Gardens Chili Cook-Off: Feb. 25
Pinecrest Gardens is hosting its annual Chili Cook-Off event featuring country music bands, line-dancing, mechanical bull rides and lots of chili to taste. Tickets start at $5 and admission for Pinecrest Gardens members is free.

Winter Party Festival: Feb. 28 – March 6
